(short for “SPH”) whole industry chain, CanSinoBIO has built a "Vaccine Super Factory" covering 50 acre of land and a building area of about 50,000 square meters with the fastest speed and the best quality. With professional process understanding and resource integration, CanSinoBIO has established a stable and efficient drug production and quality management system. With the use of digital, intelligent and automated systems such as BMS and EMS, the factory can achieve an annual production capacity of 200 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine.

The completion of "Vaccine Super Factory" and the launch of vaccines provide a safe and reliable hardware and software guarantee for current large-scale vaccine production and for ensuring the efficiency and production capacity of vaccine research and development in the event of an outbreak of major infectious diseases in the future. The construction of 4 production buildings, the decoration of 1 comprehensive building and the transformation of supporting public works facilities were started simultaneously from scratch, and the procurement of facilities and equipment, installation and commissioning, and technical validation were rapidly promoted. In the past year, "Vaccine Super Factory" was completed, from the start of construction to the production license. CanSinoBIO became the first company approved to produce COVID-19 vaccines in Shanghai. It took less than ten months for CanSinoBIO to achieve the "Shanghai speed" of "Establishment, Completion and Production in the same year".
